Senior Energy Auditor 

Work site:                   1725 W River Dr., Stevens Point, WI

Start Date:                  As soon as possible                             

Starting Pay:              $30.29-$33.37 per hour, depending on experience

Status:                                FT, M-TH 7am-5pm

Duties: 

• Performing energy audits
• Generating work orders and coordinating work of others
• Assessing units for needed repairs and preparing work orders to bring units into compliance with DOE and State required WX Measures
• Conducting final inspections and obtaining participant sign-off
• Performing inspections on furnaces installed through Program Services HVAC Program
• Oversee the performance of Energy Auditors, Production Manager and WX crews
• Coordinating WX audits and ensure adequate WX supply inventory
• Coordinate Third party and State monitoring visits  

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS in architecture plus three years’ experience in housing trades, residential energy conservation, residential building inspection or construction management; or,
• BA/BS in unrelated field plus four years’ experience in housing trades, residential energy conservation, residential building inspection or construction management; or,
• High school diploma or equivalent plus five years’ experience in weatherization, housing trades, residential energy conservation, residential building inspection or construction management
