The Process Support position will prep substrates for coating applications by sanding, grinding, masking, spraying, rolling, doing final assembly and touch up.  Employee should possess a great attitude and have pride in their work. The employee must have a willingness to work in multiple jobs throughout the company and be able to adjust to multiple work plans in one day.
