• Prepare cabs, bodies, and parts for refinishing by grinding/sanding and body filler/seam sealer application

• De-nib, cut/buff painted surfaces to achieve end product finish standards

• Willingness to share and teach lesser skilled techs to help advance their development

• Perform at a high level and be able to follow strict quality standards

• Positive attitude and being team oriented is required

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Wash

• Straighten and shrink warped metal, metal finish, and prepare substrate for body work

• Repair, mix and spray primer to finish body work

• Polish metal using polishing equipment
