In my work, I find that many of these issues originate during the formative years of childhood, so we will take the process a step further to heal aspects of our childhood. Bring a mat and blanket if you want to lay down and bring a notebook and something to write with. Cost for class is $30. *Note - You don’t have to have an issue with physical weight to attend this class as weight can be emotional or energetic and this process is open ended to include all of it.
