By registering for Fall Frenzy online, I understand that I do not hold the Clintonville Area Chamber of Commerce responsibly for any accidents, lost items, and/or damage of any kind. All fees are non-refundable. I understand that this is an application and that the Clintonville Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to deny any application submitted for our event at any time.
Rules and Regulations:
1. Setup begins at 7:00 am.
2. Items must be handcrafted or gift items of good quality. No rummage items.
3. Tables & chairs are not provided. This event is located outdoors on
blacktop. Please bring proper covering and tiedowns for your set up.
4. No early breakdowns allowed. Breakdown is from 2pm until 3pm. The street MUST be cleared and ready to reopen at 3pm, no exceptions.
Full payment of $25 per 10x15 space or $40 per 10x30 space and the Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator & Seller’s Form are required with application.
Deadline to register is September 5, 2023, depending on space availability.
After exhibitor acceptance, fee is nonrefundable and non-transferable.
Exhibitors cannot share spaces. Restrooms will be available.
The Chamber reserves the right to reject or accept any application.
